Asphalt Reclamation is a process where deteriorated asphalt is pulverized in place with the existing base and stabilized with Calciment. This process eliminates base irregularities which result in premature asphalt failure while recycling all the materials of the existing pavement. Time and money is saved by eliminating the need to excavate, haul, and dump the deteriorated asphalt.

The reclamation process involves the pulverization of the existing asphalt and base, addition of Calciment and moisture (water) followed by compaction. This recycled base has improved structural integrity and reduced permeability which provides a sound base for the new asphalt surface. This long term solution to asphalt failure assures increased durability and reduced maintenance of the pavement surface.
